SQUATWOLF CREATOR CHALLENGE – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility

  • Open to creators residing in the GCC (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman).
  • Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
  • A valid, active, and public social media account on TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube is required.

2. Content Requirements

  • Participants must create one original video in vertical format (Reel, TikTok, or Shorts).
  • The video should tell the story of SQUATWOLF as outlined in the brief (brand born in the Middle East, going global, inspiring local pride and strength)
  • Creators may use any publicly available content from SQUATWOLF and its founders’ social media, website, or press features as part of their video.
  • Any creative style is allowed (cinematic, skit, storytelling, voiceover, raw footage, etc.).
  • Content must respect GCC and Middle East cultural values and must not include:
  • Political content or commentary.
  • Sexism, racism, misogyny, or hate speech of any kind.
  • Unsafe, offensive, or misleading claims.
  • Words like performance wear, gymwear, Middle East, GCC, Dubai may be used, but references to athleisure, wellness, yoga, bodybuilding are not permitted.

3. Submission & Posting

  • Video must be posted between 25 October – 2 November 2025.
  • @SQUATWOLF must be mentioned in the caption.
  • After posting, participants must email the post link(s) to [email protected]
  • Same video may be posted across multiple platforms, but only the highest-performing video (by views) will count.

4. Winner Selection

  • AED 100,000 cash prize will be awarded to one winner.
  • Winner is chosen based on highest verified view count across TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube Shorts.
  • The SQUATWOLF team will verify and lock the view count on 17 November 2025.
  • Views will be verified by the SQUATWOLF team.
  • Winner will be announced on 20 November 2025 across SQUATWOLF’s official channels.
  • In case of technical issues, fraudulent activity, or tie situations, SQUATWOLF reserves the right to make the final decision.

5. Rights & Usage

  • By participating, creators grant SQUATWOLF the right to repost, share, and feature submitted videos across SQUATWOLF’s channels (website, social media, email).
  • Creators will be credited wherever possible.
  • The prize is non-transferable and will be paid via agreed method directly to the winner.

6. General Terms

  • SQUATWOLF reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with the rules.
  • SQUATWOLF reserves the right to amend, extend, or cancel the competition at any stage if necessary.
  • The decision of SQUATWOLF is final and binding on all participants.

MISCELLANEOUS

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.

United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile.

Minors under the age of 18 shall are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.

If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
