A MORNING OF AWARENESS, STRENGTH & CONNECTION

This October, we came together for a morning that encouraged us to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what truly matters.

It was a heartfelt gathering that brought to life stories of courage, healing, and empowerment from three inspiring voices, Dr. Sheen Gurrib, PhD and storyteller behind Dream Girl; Mai Abdelal, creator, entrepreneur, and breast cancer survivor whose journey has inspired millions; and Jennifer Croes, conservation scientist and breast cancer advocate whose purpose is rooted in protecting life, human and wild.

Through honest conversation and shared experiences, they opened a space for awareness, early detection, and emotional resilience, shedding light on the strength it takes to navigate life’s challenges. The morning continued with an uplifting workout led by Nadège Ndjebayi, reminding everyone of the power our bodies hold and the energy that comes from collective empowerment.

Guests left with more than memories, they carried with them a lasting sense of connection, renewal, and hope.
