Due to the high volume of orders during sale, there may be delays in the order process.

Cash on delivery orders must have a full address, with the nearest landmark mentioned. If an address is found incomplete, SQUATWOLF has the right to cancel the order, an email notification will be sent.

Confirmed orders cannot be amended such as changes in item, size, colour, or quantity. The order can only be cancelled and refunded in 14 working days if the order is not packed and left the warehouse.

No changes can be made to the order once it has been processed and left the warehouse. Order will be then treated as a return order and return fee will be applied.

Sale items are refundable and exchangeable. However, the regular fee applies to refunds.

Return shipping labels are free for the United Arab Emirates, USD 10 for the USA, EUR 15 for Europe, GBP 15 for the UK, SAR 25 for KSA and USD 15 or equivalent for the rest of the world.

Cash-on-delivery orders are not eligible for refunds, Store credit will be provided as per the sale price.

Store credit for exchanges will always be based on the sale price, even after the sale ends.

Store credits are not subjected to free shipping. Regular shipping fees would be applied.

Once store credit has been provided, it cannot be changed to a refund.

Although we try our best to keep the stock up to date on our website, in case your item is out of stock; your order will still be processed and you will receive a refund for the missing item within 14 days. We apologise for any inconvenience this might cause.

If you have requested a contactless delivery/pickup, SQUATWOLF will not be held accountable if the item is stolen. However, we can definitely register the complaint with our courier partner accordingly to support you with delivery.
