How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be emailed to you, and you can track it here.

I didn't get an order confirmation. What do I do?
No worries! Confirmation emails are sent out immediately after placing an order. If you don't see one within 24 hours, please email us at support@squatwolf.com, and we'll sort it out.

My order hasn’t arrived yet. Can you help?
Of course! If your package is delayed, please contact us via email at support@squatwolf.com. You can get in touch with our live chat support between 9AM-6PM GST, Monday to Friday.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes or military addresses?
Currently, we don’t. Please provide a residential or commercial address for smooth delivery.

What if my order goes missing?
We apologize for the inconvenience. In such a case, please ensure that you've checked your tracking number and have provided the correct address at the time of placing your order. Also, check with the courier. If you're still having trouble, email us at support@squatwolf.com.
Please Note: For security reasons, we cannot take responsibility for packages left at receptions or outside apartments based on courier recommendations. -
I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?
Sure thing! Email us at support@squatwolf.com within 12 hours of placing the order.
If your order is already processed, you can still return it after receiving it, but some charges may apply, as per our Return Policy. -
Can I update my shipping address?
Absolutely! If you need to change the delivery address within the same city, contact the courier and email us at support@squatwolf.com to keep us informed.

I made a mistake in my order. Can I change it?
Once an order is dispatched, orders can't be changed. If you have already placed an order, then wait until you receive it. Once received, you can request an exchange here, please read our Return Policy to learn more about possible return fees.

Do I need to be present at the time of delivery?
Absolutely! Our deliveries are signed for and can be received by anyone at the provided address. For online payments with contactless deliveries, the package may be left at your doorstep. However, please note that we're not responsible for packages left at receptions or outside apartments if misplaced.

I placed an order during a sale event. When can I expect my delivery?
Due to the high volume of orders during Black Friday, Birthday Sale, and other special Sale Events, please anticipate a slight delay in order delivery.

Is the COD option available in my country?
The COD option is only available if you're in any GCC country, and you can choose it at the time of checkout.

COD orders are not eligible for a refund; only store credits are applicable. Please ensure certainty before placing a COD order.

How can I ensure timely delivery with COD?
Make sure you provide a full address, including street name, area, building number, district, and city. Also, a correct, active local phone number is crucial. If any details are missing, it might cause a delay or return of your order.

Can I open and check the package when the courier arrives for COD orders?
