Q1. Tell us a bit about yourself
I grew up in Los Angeles, California. I spent my lifetime training in martial arts under the teaching of my father and other instructors. I got to where I am by hard work and simply sharing what I love doing.
Q2. What gets you out of bed every morning?
I just have a simple love of life. I can truly say I am grateful and appreciative of everything down to the small minute things that others don’t think about. Everyday is a new opportunity to create whatever you want.
Q3. What will your legacy be?
My future is becoming the biggest female action star in the world as well as building a world wide personal brand. My legacy is to live forever through my teachings and the goodness I shared in this world.
I also want people to see that you don’t have to wait on an opportunity to come or happen for you. You have the power to achieve everything you want. Life is going to happen no matter what you do, but your belief and hard work can change everything for you!
Q4. What’s a goal you are currently working on?
I am currently working on booking larger roles as well as building my signature weapons line.
Q5. Which book impacted you the most?
There are so many, but some of my favorites are: “Ask and It Is Given” By Esther Hicks, “Can’t Hurt Me” by David Goggins, “Relentless” by Tim S. Grover, “The 5 AM Club” by Robin Sharma, and “You are a Badass at Making Money” by Jen Sincero. I could go on and on. I love reading!
Q6. What is one thing that everyone should experience in your city?
The weather! Everyone knows LA’s weather is the best. Secondly, I would say all the amazing food. We are a huge melting pot here and there are so many hidden gems
Q7. What’s your favourite class to sweat at?
I love all sorts of classes. I love anything that challenges me both mentally and physically.
If I am not training martial arts, you can probably find me in a dance class because I really love music. No matter how tired I am, I will still be up dancing if the music is great!
Q8. What song do you never get tired listening to?
This one surprises people, but I would say “Rhinestone Cowboy” by Glen Campbell or “Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go” by Wham. I have a very eclectic taste in music and my morning song varies everyday depending on my mood.
