In order to provide you the hassle-free shopping experience. We offer free exchanges.

For GCC Customers: This means that if you place an order and you are not satisfied by the products received, you can exchange your item free of charge – we cover the return shipping fees and you can shop another item of the same value from our website.

For International Customers: This means that if you place an order and you are not satisfied by the products received, we will cover the cost of shipping you new items, whereas, you will cover the cost of shipping the return items.

This will give you the opportunity to choose the size that suits you or to order another item of your choice.

How to request exchange: Within 7 days of receiving your order, you need to send an email at support@squatwolf.com with your order number, mentioning the items you wish to exchange.

Please make sure following exchange policy guidelines are met:

  • Items are packaged back in original packaging with labels and tags on.
  • Items must be unworn & unwashed (no distinct odors, blemishes, signs of wear etc.)
  • We cannot accept exchange on leggings, underwear or socks for hygiene reasons.

Black Friday Exchanges: Great news! We will be offering exchanges to our Black Friday customers as well. We will start processing Black Friday exchanges from 1st of December. Black Friday exchanges will be charged as per the policy below:

  • UAE: AED 20
  • GCC: SAR 20 / KWD 3 / BHD 3.5 / OMR / 3.5
  • Rest of the world: USD 30

RETURNS

SQUAT WOLF aims to give you the ultimate shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied and would like to return your purchase, please email us at support@squatwolf.com with following details:

  • Your 5 or 6 Digit SQUAT WOLF Order Number.
  • Reason of return or refund.

Please make sure following return policy guidelines are met:

  • Items are packaged back in original packaging with labels and tags on.
  • Items must be unworn & unwashed (no distinct odors, blemishes, signs of wear etc.)
  • We cannot accept returns leggings, underwear or socks for hygiene reasons.

Returns are free of charge for all items. If you would like to return any of your purchases then please follow the instructions below:

  1. For GCC: Send an email to support@squatwolf.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will contact our shipping partners to organize a free collection from you.
  2. For International Orders: Send an email to support@squatwolf.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will send you a prepaid shipping label to dispatch the return items. Please send us an email once the items have been dispatched.
  3. We will issue you the refund once the items are received in our Warehouse and they meet the returns policy guidelines.

Black Friday Returns: Unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer returns on the orders placed during Black Friday.

REFUND METHOD

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment

Cash On Delivery Orders: Cash on delivery orders can be refunded through store credits or bank transfer. Our customer service team will be in touch once the return items are received.

Online Paid Orders: Online paid orders will be refunded to the original debit/credit card used to make the transaction.
