Well, you need to stop wondering now because you actually can, at The Warehouse Beach in JBR. A 235 meter Muscle Beach awaits you.
Following the footsteps of the famous Muscle Beach in Los Angeles, Dubai seems to create its version with added flair, dropping the old school theme.
The gym has cross-fit rig, spinning bikes, and free–weight training equipment. One can use it themselves or tag with fitness groups of Spin, Cross-fit and Commando training.
The outdoor gym features a full-sized fitness rig for functional training, such as pull-ups, rope climbs and squats. There are also bikes and rowers, as well as spinning classes.
After your business, go for a swim or relax on the beach. Entry to the gym is 60 AED, whereas the prices for different classes vary.
Workout spot # 3 Get running early morning at The Palm Jumeirah Park
Palm Jumeirah Park has a beautiful running track belting the neighborhood with a scenic view.
Ittihad Park features a 2.7 km running track which monorails around the Fairmont Hotel and the Trump Tower Station.

Al Barsha Pond is an excellent place for your winter workouts. Moreover, it is free, and you can find the best time for yourself as it is open until 10 pm every day.
A 1.4 km running track encircling a pond and a 100 m track for your dashes, is the perfect spot for your cardio routine.
A small night market and a cafe make it best for families, runners, and cardio oriented workouts.
Workout spot # 5 Al Safa Park: getaway from the busy city
One of the most popular parks in Dubai to hang out and doing all the park things from barbecues to little picnics.
