• Orders are processed and shipped 6 days a week (Monday – Saturday), except on UAE & International Public Holidays.
• If you have requested a contactless delivery/pickup, SQUATWOLF will not be held accountable if the item is stolen. However, we can register the complaint with our courier partner accordingly.
• An option for self-pick an order is always available, however, the courier company can hold a self-pickup request for up to 30 days. After 30 days if the package is not collected, the order will be marked completed & we will not be able to process returns.
