Q1. Tell us a bit about yourself

 I am originally from Haiti, but I am now a United States citizen. I became interested in fitness and working out during high school. 

It was always a dream of mine to compete on the Olympia stage and to inspire others to follow their dreams and achieve their goals. Currently, I continue to bodybuild competitively and help others reach their fitness and nutrition goals.

Q2. What gets you out of bed every morning? 

My motivation everyday includes my family, friends and desire to always be better. I am very blessed to have supportive people in my life who always encourage me to continue following my dreams. 

I set very specific goals for myself, which hold me accountable and I hope to achieve each and every one before the year ends.  In my opinion, if you are not working towards something or trying to better yourself, it is extremely difficult to stay motivated and become successful.

Q3. What will your legacy be? 

I do not believe you can predict the future, however, you can work hard and give yourself the best possible opportunities in life.  Currently, I am starting a business that requires countless hours of hard work and dedication. 

It is very rewarding to see something grow and build because of my personal dedication and effort.  Eventually, I would hope the business, my success in bodybuilding and my reputation of being resilient in every aspect of my life is my legacy.

Q4. What’s a goal you are currently working on?

Currently, I am starting a business that I hope will one day share my love for food with my passion for healthy living. 

Also, I am working on building my best physique yet to achieve my goal of competing at the Olympia this year.

Rich Dad Poor Dad

I think this book really helps guide you with financial decisions that can really improve your life.

Q6. What is one thing that everyone should experience in your city?

Culture. 

New York City is one of the best places to visit to experience the best foods from all over the world and immerse yourself in the various and diverse cultures

Q7. What’s your favourite class to sweat at?

My favorite style of training is high volume and high intensity weight training.  I love doing multiple variations of sets to really improve my physique and give myself a well-rounded appearance.
