EVERYDAY MOTIVATION: I love helping my clients improve their fitness and achieve their personal goals. I also love setting myself personal challenges, this month it is walking handstands!

OFF-DAY ACTIVITIES: Rest day – I am usually up at 5am everyday so I enjoy a long lie and just chill, perhaps a casual wander at the Mall.
